I will try to teach you how to… I hope it will be an interesting read. Well, first let's share 4 things about our body that make us fat. Water: basic, 70% water and cannot be reduced. Muscles - all over the body Forget the gym, this has you staring at the screen for that answer, scratching your head thinking, staring at the ceiling thinking "well, that looks good"! ! Thus, muscles allow you to push, stretch, lift and work. Bones: The body's structure and support system, but without the surrounding muscles, it collapses. Bold: The so-called "sinner". The body can store umpteen amount of fat, that is why you read about people who are 300lbs naturally after binge eating and not 300 lbs muscle naturally!! Fat is the body’s reserve item. Its the last resort in case of a famine or some unforeseen circumstances where food is scarce. and fat storage (forget the very few with hormonal issue) but for everyone else fat stored is due to the simple law of physics; energy cannot be destroyed,it can only be converted..so what does body convert all that extra energy it gets in the form of digested food; yes now you are learning!!; FAT. Now ill tell you about food…for the body there is nothing called laddoo or chapthi or rice or veggies or falooda or grilled chicken or brocolli. For it, its all energy sources, some sources give more energy and others give less but has nutrient value. Think of it as an Energizer and a local battery. Both are the same size, voltages, etc., but the power you get from both is different. So when you eat jalebi, instead of your body thinking "Oh jalebi, calories are bad, let's turn them into fat and store them in your stomach," when you eat grilled chicken, "Yes, chicken a the grill, the calories are high more protein, let's just save it for the muscles.” No. It doesn't happen that way.Excess calories from any food source are converted to fat and stored. So, to lose fat, you just need to "go into a caloric deficit". But here's the problem.. Let's say you have a good job that pays you 10k, you pay emi a house and a car like your dad's classic car, now you have to change jobs and that only pays 60k of what you have% , so your salary is now 60k. Which would you choose to give up first, the house or the car? ? The car is clearly on the right because it is an item that requires a lot of maintenance. The same thing happens with the body, when you reduce your intake from, say, 3000 calories to 1600 calories, the body thinks "hey, now I'm running out of energy, all I want is just survival, so let me give up the high maintenance items." .. fat or muscle?? So here you are you read the first line of my answer, cut down on the calories and start eating in a caloric deficit and add extra work to the body in the form of cardio to burn more energy there by burning more calories and hoping to get shredded in the coming months. and what happens, yes you start losing weight, but you also start becoming thin, lose skin, tired and end up skinny but with a round paunch!!! You have lost weight yes but have you transformed, NO. Now lets get back to the house and car with the 60k pay!!! If the car is from your dad, it could be very sentimental to you, and you would like to keep it isn’t it, irrespective of what maintenance it needs. You just wouldn’t want to let go of a memory of your dad probably. Now you start thinking of the house, “i think i can move into a smaller house with a lesser rent” will you think??? What is the main reason that makes you think about all this? The reason is that the memory is connected to the car, right? This means you have to compromise and move to a smaller house! ! Now you have to use your neck muscles to look at the ceiling and your hand muscles to rub your chin and think. Well, this is interesting, let's read. Likewise, the main reason your body (caloric deficit, pay 60,000!) maintains muscle (your dad's car) is because of the work it has to do. For everyday tasks like lifting a coffee cup to drink coffee, using your legs to climb the subway stairs, or flexing your shoulder muscles while unpacking your laptop bag, it's got it all, it's low-powered and doesn't need much maintenance. All the body wants now is to survive! So why do you use it? We humans design special areas or rooms with air conditioning and music that do the "work". They are called gymnasiums. So, basically, the gym is an artificial place that allows you to exert more pressure or pressure on your muscles than would normally be required. not others Now do you see why simply going to the gym in a calorie deficit has no effect on your body because you eat less? Logic? ? The gym has equipment, weights, etc. They come in the form of cable machines, dumbbells, dumbbells and more. It allows you to build muscle outside of your everyday life. So now you're lifting weights and eating less in a caloric deficit...what's going on? ? Your body will think "Hey, something bad happened, my energy is down."
